For your convenience, we offer a morning delivery with all our products, and we are able to deliver on the next working day, provided that we receive your order by 3.30pm. Delivery and collection cost £15 (ex VAT) each way per item for all our wheelchairs, knee trolleys and ramps, with the exception of the Tilt in Space wheelchair. We also offer a Saturday delivery for an additional £10 (ex VAT) and a before 10.30am service for as additional £5 (ex VAT). These can be selected during the order process or when speaking to one of the team. We track all our deliveries to ensure that they arrive on time, and our team is always available should you have any concerns. If you are not able to be in, we can deliver to a neighbour or a safe area at your property if you let us know in advance.

Should you have further delivery requirements, we may be able to assist, and we are able to offer a same-day delivery service  within the London area. For further information, please contact  one of our team. All our deliveries are made by a national courier in a custom-made Wheelfreedom box. The box is collapsible, so it can be stored easily, and should be retained for collection. This ensures that the whole process is as simple as possible. As with our deliveries, we can collect your wheelchair from a porch or similar safe area if you let us know in advance, should you not be able to stay in. Additionally, we are able to collect from a different address to the delivery address - perfect when taking a wheelchair on holiday or to visit relatives. The exception to these delivery arrangements is our Tilt in Space wheelchair.
