All costs below are vat inclusive, but exclude all logistic and setup / breakdown fees that need to be calculated based on your venue, start and end time and number of people. Other things you may require (additional cost): Logistic fees (delivery / setup and breakdown to be added to the package costs) based on your venue , number of guests etc – and will be quoted once we know your exact requirements. Usually, you can budget between R2500 and R6000 for delivery, setup and breakdown in office hours in the central Johannesburg / Johannesburg North areas. This depends on venue, number of people and final order placed with us. Afterhours fees to be added when needed.  Additional logistic costs will apply for any optional extras added.
