A $300 deposit payable by cash, cheque, debit, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express and a signed copy of St. Mary's Boat Club rental agreement is required when booking. What is included in your rental? When is the Reception Hall available for rent? St. Mary’s Boat Club is open year round. What are the fees? $700 + special event fees + $300 refundable security deposit* $70/hr. or $560 full day 50% off all day Sunday or Wednesday evenings (alcohol free) *Required at time of booking. Returned 5 business days after event provided there is no damage to facility and all guidelines are respected. Inside the facility's main floor is accessible.
