Our is designed for parties up to 30 people.  These fountains are great for small gatherings or for multiple fountains at larger parties in order to offer different types of chocolates, or multiple chocolate stations.  The rental is $125 and includes two batches of chocolate ( = 5lbs), as well as bamboo dipping skewers.  You will just need to provide a sturdy table for the fountain and your choice of dipping foods. Our is designed for parties up to 125 people.  These fountains are the perfect fit for the majority of parties, especially when other desserts are offered.  The rental is $225 and includes three batches of chocolate ( = 7.5lbs) and bamboo dipping skewers.  With all of our fountains, we can leave extra chocolate with you; you only pay for what you use at $25/batch ( = 2.5lbs). Typically, you will need one batch of chocolate for every 25-30 people during an average party. Best of all, you keep the leftover chocolate!!  We will show you how to empty the fountain and save the chocolate in our convenient containers for fondue at home.

We offer extremely competitive rates: Because we do not require that you use our attendants for your event, we are able to offer very competitive pricing.  Other companies require that you use their attendant and charge you a premium for this service.  We don't feel this is necessary! Chocolate fountains are VERY easy to operate.  We will personally walk you through operation instructions for the fountain, and we are always on call 24 hours a day for your questions. We recommend you choose from the following items to accompany your chocolate fountain: ***Crumbly items such as pound cake or angel food cake are NOT recommended. Keep in mind, when you are selecting the number of dipping foods to buy, that the average person dips 5 times at a three hour party.  You can adjust this based on the duration of your party. If it is discovered after you move in, that you or your occupant(s) are listed on the Sex Offender Registry, you will be evicted immediately. CRIMINAL RECORD:  If you or any of your occupants have been convicted of a violent or aggressive crime against a person or property, or the illegal manufacturing or distribution of a federally defined controlled substance, you may not be permitted to live at our community. If it is discovered after you move in, that you or your occupant(s) have been convicted of a crime as described above, your file will be reviewed for possible eviction.

GOOD RENTAL HISTORY:  We will review your past rental history.  If you have never rented before, this does not mean that your application will automatically be denied. If there are any negative reports regarding Landlord/Tenant issues, your application may not be accepted. PROOF OF INCOME:  Please be able to verify your income of no less than three times the rental rate (before any discounts) of the apartment you have chosen.  Guarantors must be able to verify income of no less than five times the rental rate. CREDIT HISTORY:   Approval is based on a credit score provided by a 3rd party screening service. If you have had a bankruptcy, it must be discharged. The evaluation of your credit score may determine that you are required to pay an additional security deposit.
