There was NO toilet paper in the room, & the towels were very limited!!! I was told I would get my AARP discount & that my tiny dog would be free. The Manager said, because it was almost a sell out, there'd be no discount & the dog was an additional $20.00! The air conditioning was worthless & noises than a semi truck!!!

Terrible deal for the money, not worth half of what I paid!!!! 눉Noisiest beds, bathroom door I have EVER encountered. Toilet seat moved all over the place until I tightened it. Place needs some TLC!!! 눇Close to eateries , shopping etc. 눇I had plenty of clean towels 눉Rooms need to be cleaner and beds need to be updated not vary comfortable 눇The room was very clean and comfortable. LOVE the fact that the shampoo in the room is Matrix. I had forgotten toothpaste and they were so nice to give me a tube of toothpaste. Close to all of the stores. Just enjoyed my stay. 눉Given the price I paid, I expected more quality, less noise outside my door/parking lot at 10:30pm, pounding on my door by noisy teens, and a noisy flush toilet. 눉Under repair, walls of rooms not insulated. 눇Girl with short hair - very helpful! as was the rest of the staff!! 눉Breakfast area cramped, not enough tables and chairs to accommodate guests. Place was a mess.

눉The breakfast bar could have been better stocked. There were no eggs or meats. 눇The comfort of the beds was above average. 눉All the construction till late 눇The bed was comfy and the pillows were nice 눉The bed was HORRIBLE. Very hard & noisy when you moved around. I did not sleep much at all. Pillows were great but there was only a thin blanket on the bed, I had to go get another one from the front desk. My biggest problem besides the uncomfortable bed was the heat/air unit. It had a button to keep the fan running but it obviously didn't work as the fan came on & off with the setting of the thermostat. I like to keep the fan running so as to help minimize the outside noise. Although there were not many noisy neighbors--I could hear them coming/going & the TV in their room. Could also hear the parking lot -cars coming/going people talking. Being able to keep the fan on constantly instead of just on auto is a great benefit when staying in hotels.
