All private events must have a minimum of 20 guests attending. Event dates cannot be guaranteed until a $100.00 security deposit is made, which is returned after your event date. All rooms are available for rental with in-house catering and a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers). All event rentals include: tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware & drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers. Maximum capacity for the Firelight Room is 100 guests. Banquet or round tables with chairs are set to your specifications. The Arboretum offers a built-in projector and Wi-Fi access in addition to power strips and a podium. Renting party is responsible for providing a laptop computer. 9am – 5pm  |   This area offers a beautiful setting for your next event with accommodations for up to 100 guests.  Located just north of our Main Grounds, the area encompasses a meadow filled with wildflowers, a wetland and pond visited by migrating waterfowl, as well as deep tree plots with trails just waiting to be explored. 9am – 6pm  |   The Arboretum is a wonderful place to hold a picnic. The Main Shelter can host 100 guests. The shelter is equipped with picnic tables, trash/recycling receptacles, electrical outlets and access to indoor restrooms. Grilling is not permitted.  The Arboretum’s exclusive caterer, Creative Catering, is committed to creating a stunning visual and culinary experience for you and your guests.
