The hall rents for $600 per day and a dance floor is available for an additional $150 for a total of $750. We ask for a $250 Reservation Deposit. We are happy to make payment arrangements but your balance needs to be paid at least 30 days prior to the date of your event. We do require a $250 damage deposit. We rarely have any damages. If the hall is not being used the day before your event we will usually allow you to go in the day before to get everything setup and decorated. That way you're not so rushed the day of your event. In the Spring of 2011, we replaced all the carpet and gave the walls and trim a fresh coat of paint. We also purchased 200 new white fan back chairs, and 2 round tables to use for cake table, wedding party, gift table, etc. In addition we replaced the appliances in the kitchen and added a warmer cabinet. Recently, we replaced the heat and a/c units to insure that you and your guests are comfortable any time of year. We also replaced all of the exterior doors and added a security code keypad to allow you easy and secure access to the building.
