Only soft collapsible coolers no larger than 12” W x 12” H x 12” L are allowed. No hard coolers allowed. All soft collapsible coolers, as well as any other personal items you bring, must be placed under or in front of your chair and must not take up room on either side. Coolers are not allowed in the Standing Room Only area or Bench area. No alcohol or other outside beverages are allowed in, with the exception of 2 SEALED bottles of unflavored water per person. Bottled water must be one liter or less. All coolers are subject to inspection. One cooler allowed per patron. Food, beverage and cooler policies may vary from show to show. Aurora Transportation Center Main Parking Lot Parking is available across the street from RiverEdge Park in the Aurora Transportation Center/Metra Parking Lot located at 233 N. Broadway, 60505. Once you park, you have two payment options: Credit and Debit Card Only Remote payment stations will be set up in the lot. Simply walk to an attendant wearing an orange vest at the remote station, give them your credit/debit card and they will print and give you a receipt. You must place the receipt on the dashboard of the DRIVER’S SIDE of your car. Cash or Credit or Debit Card Go to one of the four permanent payment stations located in the middle of the parking lot. You may use either cash or credit/debit card. A parking receipt will be dispensed. Please bring exact change if you are using cash. Machines DO NOT dispense change. Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and ATM cards are all accepted.
Note: when using credit or debit card, a processing fee will apply. If you fail to pay, you will be ticketed. Additional parking is located Downtown Aurora. ADVANCE TICKETS  You can purchase tickets in advance here on the RiverEdge website by visiting the specific event page and clicking “Buy Tickets.” You can also call the Box Office at 630-896-6666 or stop by the RiverEdge Park Remote Box Office located at the Paramount Theatre at 23 East Galena Blvd. For your convenience, there is 15-minute express parking in front of the Paramount Theatre Box Office so that you can park and run in to purchase or pick up your tickets. REMOTE BOX HOURS  The Remote Box Office hours at the Paramount are Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. DAY-OF TICKETS  Starting at Noon the day of the show, please visit the RiverEdge Park Box Office located at the main entrance gate 2, open on show days only beginning at Noon.
Starting one hour before gates open, you may visit any of the brown remote Ticket Booth huts located outside the four entrance gates at RiverEdge Park. Please note: Gate 1 is VIP entrance only and may not be available for entry at all shows. Some events may restrict blanket size to an area of 4’x4’. – For some events, there will be a standing room only section located directly in front of the middle section of stage with limited bench seating on either side of that area. Bench seating is on a first come, first serve basis. No bag chairs are allowed to be set up in this area. The rest of the park is general admission for bag chairs. Any kind of solid chair is prohibited. – No saving seats. RiverEdge Park is wheelchair accessible. For your convenience, the main entrance Gate 2 at the Park has an ADA only entrance lane. Only those that require ADA assistance may use the ADA only entrance lane and may be accompanied by up to three companions maximum through this area. Once in the Park, you are welcome to sit anywhere, since the Park is wheelchair accessible. There are a limited number of spaces on the Wheelchair Platform for wheelchairs/scooters. This platform is first-come, first-served, is for wheelchairs/scooters only and allows for one companion per wheelchair. Companions must use the provided folding chairs on the platform (no bag chairs allowed on platform). For wheelchairs with up to three companions, as well as all other individuals that may require ADA assisted seating, there is a designated area directly in front of the wheelchair platform. This area is cordoned off and is also first-come, first-served.
It allows for up to three companions maximum. Companions and those not in wheelchairs/scooters must provide their own bag chairs in this designated area. Both the Wheelchair Platform and additional ADA Seating space are now located at the north end of the park and to the right of the stage as you face it.
