He was the Managing Director of Matolai Limited a subsidiary of Alibert Group which specialized in the export of Parquet floor to Europe. He later worked with IMPACT BBDO, Beirut (Lebanon) - Part of the Worldwide DDB Network of Advertising Agencies, as an Accounts Executive. He then moved back to Africa where he worked as the Operations Manager for one of the largest FMCG company in Ghana; FINATRADE GROUPE for 2 years. He is currently the Executive Director of Alibert Nigeria as well as the Managing Director of Alibert Ghana Ltd since 2009.

Ali, a dynamic young man who deputizes in place of the Managing Director, a graduate of International trade and accountancy Esciad Montepeller France. Having worked in several departments within Alibert Products for the past 28 years, Mrs. Ugwujor became the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director as well as the Company Secretary and also doubles as the Human Resource Manager due to her wealth of experience and on the job training.  She has two diplomas in her kitty from University of Lagos Akoka (Data Processing) and Lagos State University Ojo (International Relations & Strategic Studies). She also has B.A. History/International Relations from Lagos State University Ojo. Moses a HND architecture graduate from Accra Polytechnic Ghana also has an accounting background - ACCA Level 2. He was the Showroom/Project Manager of Woodeck Co. Limited Accra Ghana where he also handled the accounts of the company.  Moses has a total of 7 years experience in the furniture industry.

Santosh is a Masters Degree holder in Commerce as well as Business Administration, all from Bombay University India, a systems Administrator, and Software developer. He worked with Classic Soaps Industries Nigeria Limited – West Africa as Factory-cum Technical Manager. With his 6 years professional experience as an accountant, he handles the Trade services department, he pursued Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA), he is also an Associate Diploma graduate of the Institute of Shipping in Nigeria. He worked at Pippas Health Centre in Ghana as an Accountant before joining Alibert Products Nigeria Limited. With his 24 years professional experience as an accountant, he is presently the Chief Accountant of Alibert Products Nigeria Limited.  He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeri as well as Associate member of Chartered Institute of Management Auditors.
