I used Marianne's for DIY lighting only. I got light cubes, light bistro tables and string lighting. It was all great and much cheaper than most other rentals.We pride ourselves on value and selection. We are glad you were happy with your order! After a few communication glitches at the beginning, Marianne's was so great! I was able to add things to my order with ease and I never once had to worry about them. They accommodated all of our needs! The dance floor and linens were perfect. Delivered and picked up on time. I had a difficult time editing my order and then the charges and refund took a while to figure out. Shorted me on my dance floor but returned promptly to fix when I called. GOod quality and clean linens. The consultant did not seemed pleased to see us and did not make us feel welcome and there aren't currently any other brides/clients present, just my mother and I. We started looking at the linen options and I awkwardly asked, " do I just pull options myself or does she pull them for me?" to my mother.
As I pulled the optioned I'd like to see from the racks and handed them to the "consultant". She had nothing to say about the things I was selected; even when asked what do you usually pair with this table linen, she seemed dazed about what I had just asked of her. My mother and I had selected some beautiful options and were quite pleased with our selection. However, we could not get out the bad taste that this "consultant" had left in our mouths. Nothing she did made us feel like our business would be valued or if she even cared that about whether we found something or not. My mother and I made a lap around the salon and decided let just leave, no one gets our business with treatment like this. Before I leave I ask the "consultant" for a estimate of how much everything with cost and she prints one out for me. As she prepares the estimate she finally Kacey, we are so sorry that you felt dismissed by our consultant. I've reviewed your order and your selections are lovely!

We had to change our venue 3 days before the wedding because of rain. We were already renting chairs, a dance floor, and a stage from them, but they hooked us up with a tent last minute. When we changed venues, they were very willing and flexible with everything! Marianne's did a good job with our wedding rentals. Everything we got from them looked beautiful (tables, linens, chairs, etc) a few chair seats were torn, but the majority looked good. Their loading crew didn't do a great job, as they forgot to load some of the chairs and tables and we had to make a few trips back to get things they had forgotten, but upon learning of these mishaps, the staff was very responsive with helping to quickly correct their mistakes.
All in all, I wouldn't do anything differently and they handled themselves professionally. Thank you for your nice review Haley! They have equipment that is up to date so that your even always looks fabulous! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent rental equipment! We also rented the warming dishes and when i ordered i was told they wouldn't come with the candles underneath and they DID!! was a pleasant surprise. Everything was perfect and I couldn't have been happier. They had a wonderful selections of linen colors and items to choose from when planning for the wedding.
The personnel was very knowledgeable and helpful. When adjustments needed to be made for a few additional items they were very accommodating. We're glad they were part of our wedding team. loved the products I rented, would most likely use them again. I was practically scolded by their front desk woman when I first came to their location about what to rent and when. she seemed to have her own ideas about my wedding as far as what I wanted for my wedding went. then she scolded me again when I dropped my items off "too early" no one else seemed to have an issue with it and the paperwork was done properly and the items were all clean and accounted for. Our wedding was absolutely stunning. We rented tablecloths and runners for our dinner tables, bistro tables, cake table, etc. We rented chair covers and chair bows. We also rented a white ceremony arch. We paid for the labor to have the tablecloths, etc set up the tables and remove them. I thought the prices were a little high.
My colors were plum & celery. No other rental company had the colors I wanted but Marianne's has so many to choose from. We experienced some turnover so the person I had originally reserved with was no longer there as my wedding approached. The original person had overcharged us and didn't explain things correctly but Kaylie got us fixed up. She also waived some of the charges that weren't explained to us correctly as a nice gesture. The people who arrived to set up and then break down the tables showed up timely and were completely professional. And totally worth it!! Kaylie was also a pleasure to work with. I was a little intimidated to rent from Marianne's since I had read the reviews on her but they has delivered to my venue before so that's why I went with them. I was pleased that I had a positive experience with them because I was really worried from the reviews. I ordered just the brown fold up chairs and the steel arch. They were delivered and picked up at the time promised and I got my entire deposit back!
