There is only one electric power chair available for the handicapped and it was not available because employee forgot to plug it in for recharging! Not a good thing for disabled persons. This store has always been in stock on the things I need.
Jamie and James were exceptional, after speaking to Jamie on the phone about a gas grill delivered to my residence damaged beyond functionality she quickly guided me through the exchange process. Upon arrival to store she remembered in detail every detail of the issue and quickly resolved the situation with a quick refund and repurchase. Recognizing the price difference of $30.00 from the purchase on April 7th she adjusted the replace grill's cost. My most recent visit to Home Depot was excellent. Andrew in the paint department is "The Paint Guru." He's knowledgeable, courteous, and went out of his way to provide information and insight into products, colors, and strategies for getting the right paint color. While I was waiting to get my purchase, he demonstrated the same great service helping another customer. She said she seeks him out when she shops for paint. So often I find myself standing in an aisle, staring at the products and looking for a salesperson. The product options and all the employees who helped me were outstanding!
