Newest reviews for Apartment Il Giardino 눉There are very steep steps and stairs leading to the property. Dark in the communal hallway. 눇Great position opposite lovely park and gardens. Apartment has excellent facilities. 눉We paid extra to stay until 12 because we were leaving from the apartment for my son's wedding but the cleaner came eafly and we felt we should leave 눇The location was excellent and easy walking distance to the centre of Harrogate, the park and RHS gardens.

눉Bed in master bedroom not comfortable. Noisy neighbours - not the owners fault!Excellent communication prior to stay. Great to have parking permits for the stay.People had music on until 2 in the morning. Not being told that an elderly male leaves below. With 2 kids and having been asked within the first 30 mins of our arrival to be quiet. The kids were well behaved but it made it a little uncomfortable to keep reminding them. 눇One of the beds had a mattress that sunk in the middle. 눉Freezer fan very noisy 눇Easy to find very clean and no complaints 눉The noise from the upstairs apartment caused some issues but this is to be expected on a multi level building. The bed in the main room was slightly uncomfortable as it dips into the middle. 눇The apartment was wonderfully clean. The facilities provided were first class and throughout our stay we had everything we could possibly need already provided to us. We have two small children and were very happy with the size of the rooms and the contact with the apartment manager was great.

So close to the Valley Gardens for our children to play in the wonderful play park. We would highly recommend this apartment to everyone and we will be back. 눉The key and lock to the apartment door gave us some trouble and I almost had to call the property manager about it. It should be replaced with a more modern key/lock combination. 눇The apartment was in an excellent location across from Valley Gardens and their outstanding children's playground. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were outstanding. The WiFi in the apartment was also very good. 눇Beautiful, clean 1st floor apartment with everything you need in a great location. 눉Door lock was extremely difficult to unlock, and the sleeper couch mattress is very uncomfortable for adults. The apartment was advertised as sleeping 6 but it really sleeps only 4 comfortably (we had 6 adults). 눇Great location, stocked with everything needed, nicely decorated, modern amenities, and great shower and washer/dryer.
