Don't forget you can book online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What are the check-in and departure times? 2.00pm if you have booked onto a camping & touring pitch. 4pm if you have booked into a static holiday accommodation such as a caravan, lodge, chalet or cottage. Please note if you are planning on arriving after 7pm on your check in day please phone your park reception to allow them to make special arrangements for your arrival. In order for us to prepare for our next guests we do ask that you vacate your holiday accommodation or tent/touring pitch by 10am on the day of your departure. If you are booked into St Margaret’s Bay Hotel we also ask you to check out by 10am. If you are booked into Southview Hotel you must check-out by 11am. Early check in or late departure may be available, but this will be at parks discretion on request, please contact your chosen Park for more information. What do I need to bring on my holiday? Can I bring my pet?

How do I book more than one unit of accommodation? Bookings of more than one unit of accommodation cannot be made online. For bookings of between 4 and 19 holiday homes/pitches please call our Groups phone line on 0344 335 3580. We accept rallies for organisations and other official groups and clubs at some of our camping & touring Parks located throughout the UK. With fantastic facilities & entertainment, plus great value for money pitch prices, our parks have a great atmosphere for your gathering. Please contact the Park of your choice to find out more information and to make your booking. Please note: Park Resorts operates family Holiday Parks and to maintain the family environment on our Parks we regret that we are unable to accept parties of people under the age of 18. Selected single sex parties, or parties of guests under the age of 25, may be accepted at our discretion, please check with our sales team or the park of your choice prior to booking. Benefit from our great group savings when you book 10 units of accommodation or more.

Whether you’re a large family group requiring 19 units of accommodation, or a larger group on an organised event and want to use the whole park, we will always do what we can to make your event as special as possible. Please note that group bookings are accepted at the Company’s discretion. We withhold the right to refuse a group booking based on a number of factors including availability, holiday start dates and the enjoyment of other guests and Owners on the Park. If you haven’t made a group booking and arrive in a group, we may tell you to leave the park without a refund. What are the check in and departure times? Can I hire a cot and or highchair?
