Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM. The rental fee ranges from $520 to $3,376 for a reception and includes the taxes and gratuity. The rental includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony at the Pine Wild Garden is $300. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required when alcohol is served for weddings or $500 for a dry wedding.
