On a side note- We currently DO NOT offer tent rentals.  We have had some confusion that this is listed somewhere and wanted to clarify!  With that being said, we are looking for ideas to expand our services.  Reserve your Facility Today! Odessa public parks features six (6) community centers with tables, chairs, and performance stage with varied seating capacities of 100 to 250 people. Community centers are available for private rental from 11:00 am – 11:00 pm. Rental fee for the twelve-hour period is shown below. Community Center and Picnic Pavilions may be reserved one year in advance. Reservations may be made at the Parks and Recreation office located at 1100 W 42nd Street during the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.

COMMUNITY CENTER RESERVATION FEES WILL BE GOING UP ON JANUARY 1, 2017 Effective January 1, 2017, Community Center Reservations will be going up to $120.00 and $200 Deposit for Salinas, Sherwood, Slator, and Woodson. Continue your online reservation as normal, but fees will go up to $120.00 for a 12-hour rental period from 11:00am-11:00pm. Deposits can be made in cash or check, and are paid when you pick up the key. Once you have returned the key and cleaned the building, your $200 will be returned. *Floyd Gwin Gym - No tables, chairs, or kitchen Only those companies listed will be allowed on our parks. Do NOT drive on the park. We do not supply electricity. A generator will need to be used. Jumpers are not allowed inside the Community Buildings, NO EXCEPTIONS. A total of Twenty (21) outdoor picnic pavilions with tables are available for rental at various parks throughout the community.

Pavilions are available for private rental from 6:00am – 11:00pm. Rental fee for pavilions is $15.00 per (3) three hour block. Picnic Pavilions may be reserved one year in advance.
