The Department has various types of additional equipment and services that are available for rental with facility use, such as TV/VCRs, overhead projectors, flip charts, portable risers, pianos, and theater lights. The base rent for facilities does not include the cost to set up and tear down tables and chairs. Set up and tear down must be performed by a facility staff member to comply with fire and safety guidelines.
