I am a 7 min drive from Trent University & maybe a 10 min drive from Fleming College . I am at the corner of Hunter & George St. right where all of the local watering holes & restaurants are. Only 3 Blocks from the MNR building & there is a grocery store on my block. Municipal lot & Street Parking is FREE between 6pm-9am & all weekend long. Otherwise Parking is $7 / day in the municipal lot located 5 steps out my front door. If you are planning on being here through the weekdays that is awesome, however I might be training someone in the Studio (or perhaps teaching a short 30 mins class). I typically do not train past 11am on Fridays, taking my weekends off as I stay with my boyfriend at his house. I never work past 7pm through the week & try not to start before 8:30-9:30am. If you stay here on the WEEKEND you will typically have the whole place to yourself (& you will always have the place 100% to yourself for the night every day of the week). There is a full & newly renovated kitchen for your use which is open concept with my Studio.

Fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plates, pots, blender, kettle.... you get the drift. 1 bathroom, full bath, towels, & hotel soaps :) Washer upon request only. $10 extra per night for a 2nd person to stay. I live on the third floor of this building & share a main lobby on the second floor with my lovely second floor neighbours :) There is no elevator, 2 flight's of stairs & rarely is anyone ever in the shared lobby. If you stay through the weekdays (Mon - Fri), the studio space / kitchen is shared as I train clients during normal business hours. The kitchen is in the studio/Training space, bedroom is at the opposite end of the building & private. If we are here at the same time you will still have privacy - it will just be limited to your amazing bedroom :) if I am in the studio training, unfortunately the kitchen will not be accessible to you until I am done. wheelchair used for sale craigslistI am very reasonable and can normally work around any schedule though to make your stay exactly what you need /want. hay about a chair gas liftSo, if you stay through the week we get to communicate about my Training & clients, its an easy space to co-exist in.
