The Hills Hotel offers a Crystal Wedding Reception Package as well as a separate ceremony package with many features. Couples holding ceremonies at the hotel might have the nuptials in the Garnet Gallery, the Crystal Ballroom itself, or just outside on the Veranda. An entire wall of windows lines the ballroom, affording guests with a spectacular view of the mountains. The grand staircase leading to the event spaces is a popular spot for first-look photographs. Couples can choose between different menu options such as a buffet or plated meal, with everything prepared by an in-house caterer. Wedding packages also include the wedding cake. The bride and groom receive special complimentary entrées as a part of the event. In-house alcohol is available as a part of the wedding and reception packages. All furniture, table linens, tableware and chairs are included with events. The venue has a DJ policy, but music is allowed in accordance with guidelines. Couples can choose their lighting scheme for the reception to set the desired tone.

A dance floor is included with every reception package. The venue in general and restrooms are handicap and wheelchair accessible. Guest parking is plentiful. For events with more than 200 guests, the staff recommends valet service. A service charge would be added to package prices. Smoking is allowed 20 feet or more from entrances or outdoor terrace areas. All setup and breakdown is included with packages. A dressing room is included with the ceremony package for the bridal party. Every bride and groom receives a complimentary room with champagne and treats. The following morning, couples can choose between breakfast in bed or a meal in the Hills Café. The Hills Hotel staff is attentive and accommodating to the special desires of many brides- and grooms-to-be. Incentive programs are also in place to offer discounts with event booking.
