Sign up for special offers Normal Hall Fees:  Friday, Saturday, and Sunday fees (Not all dates are available or used due to Religious and or civil holidays)** less than 200 people only!  :  cost is 800 for event, plus 300 security deposit (see below) and the cost of the Diocesan insurance policy (the fee is assigned by the diocese of Paterson).  This fee includes tables and chairs. The kitchen is not included in the fee as of 2017-- if you are in need to use the kitchen the cost is $150 additional. Booking a date will become offical with the security deposit and the signing of the contract.  The full amount is due 14 days prior to the party date.  RETURN CHECK FEE: 50 DOLLARS. Insurance information:  All Parties must obtain insurance from the Diocese of Paterson 2 weeks prior to event. Please click on the insurance link on the left side of the web-page.  Insurance only covers one day event so all events most end at 12am. All payments are due two weeks prior to the event!

No parking in the reserved spots in front of the priest residence and or garages--- this will lead to being towed at owner’s expense. Leaving doors open wide will lead to a loss of air and heat.  An additional fee will be assessed to the party for the costs of extra heating and or air.  Lights left on will lead to a loss of 100 dollars of the security deposit. Parties are to conclude exactly at midnight—no music and clean up should take place. Guests are not allowed to smoke anywhere on campus--- we are a smoke free zone and it’s against the law since we have a school on campus. No beer bottles or alcohol bottles allowed --- cans are ok. Insurance policy is due one week prior to the party—contact the diocese of Paterson or the parish office for more information.  Additional fees will apply. Keys are to be picked up the day before the party and returned the day after.  Loss of key will cost 150 dollars to replace. leaving lights on will be subjected to a 100 dollar fine.
