This amazing 1910 historic Victorian home has been Restored and transformed into an fabulous locale for events of all sizes.  Also, the House features a spectacular open air pavilion built from reclaimed barn beams dating back to the early 1900's.  This is the only structure of its kind in the area! Gathering services include: Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Corporate Events, Engagement Parties, Fundraisers, Anniversaries, Picnics, Showers, and Afternoon Tea. At the House you will find a unique attention to detail, crafted to celebrate your historic day. The House now offers an amazing open air pavilion built from reclaimed timbers dating back to the early 1900's.  

Gated entry to the lawn flanked with timeless landscaping and reclaimed barn beam arbor, your entrance will be well remembered.  All of this while enjoying the backdrop of the 1910 Victorian home and expansive grounds.  This historic property offers a brilliant backdrop for any wedding celebration. Paired with our preferred caterers and rental companies who offer exquisite service and products for your celebration, setting your mind at ease. If desired we also offer flexible food and beverage options and employ an open-vendor policy. The House offers a one-of-a-kind space to add your own personal style complete with a Bridal Suite and Farmhouse tables. Nestled in the Rose District of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the property is within walking distance to parks, fountains, and other historic buildings providing amazing photo backdrops. Includes table, chairs and linens, up to $500 and 250 guests. Venue is available from 10am - 10pm. Indoor Bridal Suite is available for an additional $300.

I couldn’t say enough good things about it! From the attention to detail they took for all the small things, to going above and beyond to help set up and coordinate the day. Nick and Jaime went above and beyond in every way, and I never had to worry about any of the details concerning the venue. They were so easy to work with, and the lawn truly gave me the backyard wedding with friends and family feel I’ve always longed for. Not to mention, the upstairs of the house itself was gorgeous and spacious enough for the wedding party to get ready there the day of.
