Our small ballroom will accommodate up to 200 comfortably for dining. This room is equipped with a fully working bar that can be utilized to serve alcohol or other beverages if desired. This room is beautifully lit with chandeliers and overhead lighting. It is also equipped with two fans to help keep the air circulating all throughout the room. With the wooden paneling and the multiple chandeliers, this room can be a great space for all kinds of intimate gatherings. Our large ballroom will accommodate up to 800 comfortably for dining and entertainment. This room is wonderfully lit with chandeliers and florescent lighting, and comes equipped with a stationary stage. We also have a movable bar available for use in this ballroom. A special feature of this room is the beautiful balcony area. This area can seat 80 comfortably, and is a great place to put your VIP guests at any event. When renting this room you will receive access to both ballrooms. When renting out our ballrooms you will have the ability to utilize tables and chairs for 250 guests, and tables needed for catering.

If you need tables and chairs for more guests we can provide those for an additional cost. Security is required for all events. Our venue will provide the security for your event at a rate of $40 per hour per guard. You are not allowed to hire your own security. All security is required to be on site from the beginning of your event until the last guest leaves. You are responsible for paying the security guards for their full time at your event. This means that security will be paid from the time they show up until they leave. On average 1 guard is needed for every 150 people, but it is up to the discretion of our management as to how many officers are needed for your event. This fee will be paid to Downtown 301 and is due with the final payment of the rental fee. When renting our facility we allow you to have access to our building starting at 3pm the day before your event as long as there is no event scheduled for that night. If there is an event, then you will receive access at 10am on the day of your event.

You will have the ability to start decorating and setting-up for your event at this time. Your access will continue until midnight, unless otherwise specified by Downtown 301.
