A beautiful farmhouse with the leaves turning vibrant colours, a large tent, decorated beautifully, tables and chairs for 200 guests, a delicious five-course catered meal.

When the meal was over I asked our server where I could find the washrooms. As she squeezed her nose she directed me to the plastic porta-potties set quite a distance from the tent. Only the wedding party was allowed to use the washrooms in the house. I felt there must be something better for outdoor events. After researching, I found several company's in the United States and one company southwest of Toronto who does just that. Upscale portable washrooms with flush toilets, sinks, running water, heat, lights and mirrors. Within a few days I found myself the proud owner of my first Canadian built portable washroom trailer. Since then we have continued to expand our fleet as more and more people discover our mobile washroom alternative for their events. I am a 7 min drive from Trent University & maybe a 10 min drive from Fleming College . I am at the corner of Hunter & George St. right where all of the local watering holes & restaurants are. Only 3 Blocks from the MNR building & there is a grocery store on my block. Municipal lot & Street Parking is FREE between 6pm-9am & all weekend long. I never work past 7pm through the week & try not to start before 8:30-9:30am. If you stay here on the WEEKEND you will typically have the whole place to yourself (& you will always have the place 100% to yourself for the night every day of the week). There is a full & newly renovated kitchen for your use which is open concept with my Studio. You are free to use the studio space if I am not working ( again, I typically don't work past 6 -7 but sometimes potentially 8:30pm as a max).

I live on the third floor of this building & share a main lobby on the second floor with my lovely second floor neighbours :) There is no elevator, 2 flight's of stairs & rarely is anyone ever in the shared lobby. The kitchen is in the studio/Training space, bedroom is at the opposite end of the building & private. If we are here at the same time you will still have privacy - it will just be limited to your amazing bedroom :) if I am in the studio training, unfortunately the kitchen will not be accessible to you until I am done.

I am very reasonable and can normally work around any schedule though to make your stay exactly what you need /want. So, if you stay through the week we get to communicate about my Training & clients, its an easy space to co-exist in. It's never been a massive issue :) I generally don't have a lot of interaction face to face, but i love to keep in touch (especially the day of arrival) via txt. Half the time i will be meeting you with the key to let you into my wonderful space & the other half of the time you will be given perfect instructions as to how to open the lockbox to retrieve the keys :) If you are uncomfortable in any way or have any questions at all while staying, please do not hesitate to send me a txt or call. There is no need to ever be uncomfortable. I want to make your stay perfect :) PLEASE NOTE: Kitchen Space is in the main studio where i work and thus will be shared if you are here through the week when i have clients :) Inquire for more info.
