The Ballroom is available seven days a week. Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. However, couples need to provide their own table linens. The confirmation fee is due when the rental agreement is signed. The full rental fee is due 90 days before the event. If the event requires cancellation, it is requested that the staff is notified 180 days before the event. If the cancellation occurs under 180 days before the event, the confirmation fee is non-refundable. There is no on-site catering. Couples may choose their own caterer.
