The seat, footrest and tray are all adjustable without the use of tools. The seat, back and cushions are contoured for comfort and a 5-point harness secures baby firmly in the seat. We bought this high chair for its design and what we thought would be easy to clean and use. Sadly, it has been a bit disappointing. I did a lot of research online and this chair got great reviews. However, with daily use the tray gets water inside when rinsed in the sink (and doesn't come out unless, I suspect, you unscrew some of the pieces) and the Velcro pieces that hold the cushions on are full of food and are peeling off. The cushions are also ripping at the edges. It's a beautiful chair but I think that may bypass some of the function. We bought this High Chair for our six month old daughter and she really likes it. It's easy to clean and looks really nice at the dinning table

It is pricey but worth it in my opinion! I love the one handed removal of the tray! It is soooo easy to clean, sturdy and nice to look at too!! I love this chair. It isn't bulky like some of the others and very nice looking. I like that it is functional as my child grows. I do wish that the trey had a removable clear top that i could wash a little easier but the rest of the seat is so simple and easy to clean. Overall a great product and I would highly recommend it We have been using this chair for 5 months and love it! It is easy to clean and nice and solid! Love this highchair, so easy to clean up after meals! After only six months.... The colouring on the chair cushion started peeling off after only 6 months. While Oxo has replaced the cushion and provided excellent customer service in doing so, I am disappointed that this happened at all and believe that it will just keep on happening no matter how many times they replace it. I was informed that there have been no changes made to the product and advised to always wipe up spills using no harsh products - I was doing this in the first place when it happened!

Anyway, it is a great chair otherwise but I wanted to post this review as most that you will read are from new purchasers who are still in the "honeymoon buying phase!". This highchair does have a hefty price tag, but you really get value for your dollar. It's very sturdy, easy to use and clean, and looks great. It may be a bit more old-school style than some of the other designer chairs out there, but its functionality completely outweighs any negatives. (And personally, I love the look, so it's not a negative for me.) We tried our 20-pound, 6-month-old baby in this and the HiLo, and while the HiLo is a clever design and also looks terrific, there was really no argument when it came to comfort and usability. Even my partner, who initially liked the HiLo better, changed his mind by the end of our test drive. The tray is very easy to insert and remove one-handed, and feels surprisingly strong. It's also a cinch to wipe down. The plastic seat and back are really sturdy too, and the harness seems comfy and secure.
