Since then Have been using the Homedics MCS-210H Shiatsu Massage Cushion for my upper back / Neck area.

That one did a decent job for upper back but not much for the neck. My first experience was when I tried a fancy luxury massage chair in Costco Acutouch® HT-9500 Massage Chair and since then have been hooked on to buy a chair. Tried out the Inada Sogno Dreamwave Massage Chair, Black Leather which is the best in the market. But the price point was way higher and they had Cozzia , which is exclusive to Relax the back Franchise. I liked the Cozzia sofa and it also looked cool . The price was in 3k+ range ( + Taxes , white glove delivery and insurance ) that came to 3.5k. Upon investigation found Cozzia brand and Osaki was made from same factory in China and features are very similar but the price was almost 1k less online. So without trying it ordered them. WHEN TO BUY : If you decide to buy a massage chair, wait for the best time which is usually the black Friday until christmas .

This is not buying a milk or Bread where you need it by evening . I got this massage chair from specialized e massage chair store including white glove delivery and 5 year part and labor for 2.8k . In most other stores prices ranged between 2.8k - 3.3k with delivery ($179-$199) and extended warranty ($249) additional. If you are buying from a physical store, add taxes as well. WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY OR NO? If you plan on putting the sofa upstairs, unless your cousin brother is a hulk, you are better off buying the white glove delivery . The chair is Heavy,filthy heavy even to push around. I put in the first floor but it needed 45 minutes of assembly required by two well built men. When they left my wife pointed that the arm was not assembled properly. So the seller sent the next set of professionals to fix it. This is a zero gravity chair and total space needed will be similar to the space needed to put a treadmill. Decide the space and then order it. The chair is so heavy to move around (Magic sliders don't work)
