Modernica sells the full range of chair bases and chair pads for both the original Herman Miller fiberglass shell chairs and the Modernica reproduction shell chairs. As for replacing parts like shock mounts (not all versions of the fiberglass chairs use them) I believe Herman Miller can supply you with those kinds of pieces. Ebay is also a good resource for chair parts.
