You may order your tickets using a secure website. There will be an ATM machine on the festival grounds. Please refer to the map for its location. The Summer in the Park Festival is a family friendly event. However, we do employ North Bay Police Services to patrol the grounds and front gates at all times to ensure a safe time for everyone. We’ve done everything we can to make sure the venue is wheelchair-accessible. However, due to the ground’s natural terrain and size, it can be difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The festival’s Accessibility Ambassadors & Festival Services Volunteers do offer push service. Accessibility Ambassadors & Festival Services volunteers will be roaming the site to offer assistance. There is an elevated platform in the main bowl designated for patrons using wheelchairs with a view of the Main Stage. Lawn chairs are permitted throughout the site and we encourage those who may have difficulty standing for long periods to bring them. Yes, there will be a designated area where you will be able to purchase merchandise from your favourite artists.

In addition, your favourite artists may be available to sign merchandise. Please note - some artists are unable to stay to sign autographs. Yes, there will be portable toilets on the grounds. Yes, outside food is allowed inside the gated areas.The TD Friends of the Environment Quench Buggy will be on site during the entire festival. There is no charge and you may fill up as often as you want. Don’t forget to bring your reusable water bottles! Please note the TD Friends of the Environment Quench Buggy does not service the gated/concert area. Unfortunately, for safety reasons no outside beverages are allowed inside the gated areas. Please note there is no water bottle filling station in the gated/concert area.It will be located next to the information tent. Please see our volunteer section of the website for more information. Festival wristbands are only required for the gated/concert area of the festival. All activities such as the inflatable land, community groups and vendors do not require a festival wristband. Children 10 and under are free and do not require a festival wristband to get into gated/concert area. The Summer in the Park Festival is continuing to make an effort to reduce its carbon footprint and in doing so we encourage people to ride their bicycles to the festival grounds. For safety reasons when you arrive at the festival grounds we ask that you dismount from your bicycle and bring it to the “Free Secure Bike Zone”. It’s similar to valet parking for your bike! Your bike will be safe and sound while you enjoy your time at the festival.Due to safety reasons we do not allow skateboards or rollerblades on the festival grounds. If you are on a skateboard you will be asked to dismount and walk with it and if you are on rollerblades we will ask that they be removed.It is located within the gated/concert area and requires a wristband to gain entry.
