Set-Up: We place all tables and chairs in the room as you request; clean and stock bathrooms. Clean-Up: You take home what you want to keep; throw everything else in the trash and recycle bins.  We clean and vacuum, clean the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. On-Site Representative: Throughout your event, our on-site representative will be there to provide security and answer any questions you may have. Now offering a private outdoor patio! It was in the works for awhile, but finally happened. Our patio offers over 600 square feet of outdoor space in downtown Fayetteville. It is the perfect place for your guests to get a breath of fresh air, maybe play a game of cornhole.

Our Location We are located downtown in the historic fire district of Fayetteville.  Our building is located at 215 Williams Street, a few yards from the intersection of Russell Street and Williams Street. Some of the landmarks near us are the Climbing Place and the Transportation Museum. My husband and I just had our wedding reception at Studio 215 last weekend. The venue is amazing. Mary Jane is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and the rest of her staff were wonderful too. Our vendors loved this venue, our guests had a fabulous time, and we couldn’t have been more pleased!!!!!! Little Studio 215 Because of the high demand for a smaller room at our venue we have opened "Little Studio 215".

We can now offer the perfect rental space in Fayetteville for any size budget. If you are planning a party for 30-70 people, we now have a great option for you. It has all of the charm of our main space, but in a more intimate setting. Little Studio 215 was the PERFECT place to hold my wife’s surprise 40th birthday party! The space keeps the industrial feel of the big room, but creates an intimate atmosphere for smaller parties. We had approximately 60 people with 3 food tables, a bar, and a DJ on the balcony. Mary Jane was awesome, and was available for any questions I had. On the night of the party she also gave us a complete tour of the space. Would recommend to anyone! UPDATE: THE PALLET WALL IS UP!!!
