The 4,200 square foot main assembly room seats up to 200 guests, and the building offers a warming kitchen, custom built hospitality/conference check-in stations, a Bride's room/Green room, 12 restrooms and state-of-the-art audio/visual systems. 8 am - 10 pm 8 am - 2 pm 3 pm - 10 pm Non-profits receive 1/3 off the Carriage House rentals Monday – Thursday only. $150.00 each additional hour when available. This is the ideal setting for staff retreats, baby showers, bridal showers, and teas, art exhibits, education seminars, music presentations, birthday parties, and small special events.
You can seat up to 50 people at 60 inch round tables. (seats up to 50 for meetings and parties) ½ day (6 hr.)
