Tragic toddler suffocated to death after teacher sits on bean bag child was hiding under A TODDLER died at nursery after crawling under a bean bag moments before a teacher sat down to read a story. Leonardo Sanchez, who was due to celebrate his second birthday, was playing at a childcare centre when he hid under the bean bag. He died after a member of staff sat down on the bean bag to read a story to the children. Leonardo suffocated and was pulled out unresponsive. His mother Danielle Sanchez told NBC News: "I'm supposed to be planning his birthday party for next week and now I'm planning his funeral." Leonardo had been dropped off at West Jordan Child Centre in Utah by his mother on the day he died. West Jordan Police is reviewing CCTV footage of the tragic incident. "That's all I know right now, my baby suffocated under a bean bag. “How many kids were in the room, how many teachers were watching them, why wasn’t he kept track of, he is not a small child. “It was a pile of bean bags and he was stuck under it while a teacher sat on it to read a story for at least five minutes and when they pulled him out, he wasn’t responsive.” West Jordan Police Sergeant Joe Monson confirmed investigators believe an adult sat on a large bean bag, unaware the toddler was underneath. Utah Department of Health is also investigating the tragedy and the safety of bean bags and if they should be allowed in day centres and nurseries. Tom Hudachko, Utah Department of Health, said: “As we understand the child became stuck under some sort of a bean bag type chair.We’ve had a licensor out this morning, speaking to the owners of the facility.”

West Jordan Child Centre attorney Barry Johnson said in a statement: "We regret deeply the tragic death of a young toddler at our day care facility. "No words adequately describe the depth of the sorrow we feel. And, of course, we do not pretend to understand how devastating this is for the family. "We know the family well, we grieve with them, and we pray that God will provide them the comfort and peace they inevitably will need.” Leonardo was the third of four children. His mother said he attended the day centre for a year before his death. There was a large selection available for both western and asian tastes. The breakfast offer is good, with fast service and all of the food on offer that you would expect in hotel of this standard. In the evening you can dine here as a cheaper alternative to Char (the alternative restaurant) where you will find a good choice of options. try the dim sun and it was heavenly, my opinion! they also serve breakfast brunch in the morning and must try Maybe the breakfast is good (we didn't try) and we agree the bar upstairs has amazing views but for dinner - the Quay for dinner was a let down. The food was only so-so, including the 'fried rice' was pretty much just cooked plain rice - not really fried and no flavor. They also forgot one of our orders. Semi breakfast buffet with hots to order. High quality food, very nice restaurant decoration, comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient. Great views of the bund. Afterwards hangout in the 'library', also on the 6th floor.

I opted for the cheesecake , should have had the tarte tartan , as this was amazing. Service great , as was the wine , great views ,and drinks later in... restaurant is in the upper floors with a very nice view of the BUND very well decorated, good service, food excelent flavors , propotions for models, very poor, think concept must be restudied with a person with real high class concept details very bain and usless like four type of salts,missing pepper, menu more fancy than a good selection, choisces...
