Enjoy your beach vacation to the MAX! For the days spent out on the beach in the bright sun, consider these items.눉- pictures and what we thought we were paying for was nothing close in value and standard to the price we paid for (see pictures) - The corridors were dirty and smelly. - The lobby was being redecorated and it was not very well marked where to go and check in/check out. - The room my family received no 218 needed serious updating. The rugs/carpets were filthy, the furniture in the apartment outdated, sofas dilapidated, bathtub and shower with rust, instead of glass door by bathtub - there was a horrible curtain, balcony furniture was made of plastic and one chair was broken (see pictures) - Kitchen sink stank and we found lots of tiny ants in the kitchen area, impossible to remove. - The décor was outdated and to make it even worse there were unnecessary artificial plants with lots of dust on them. - We found the beach dirty - full of cigarettes butts.

- page states ‘the cleaning fee is non-taxable'- what do you mean by ‘the cleaning’ in this case. - Additionally, the umbrellas and chairs were paid on private beach that belongs to Wyndham. We consider it a day-light robbery to be charged another 35$ for 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. - Lastly, we did not find the staff particularly helpful. 눇The sand is wonderful on the beach although they could clean it once in a while. 눉Needs a better bed/mattress 눉Our bed was a little firm to us, but some people love a firm mattress. 눇The towels were soft and fluffy and plentiful. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed how quiet it was at night. Every time we walked in from the outside, the first smell was CLEAN. We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. I had stayed at Sundestin two other times. My husband had never been to Destin. He was very impressed with the facility and the hospitality of the staff. We LOVED the free movies too.

눉It would have been nice to have a list of what is provided in the apartment. Typical beach condos require you to provide your own sheets/towels/toilet paper, etc. and all of this was provided. I definitely over packed! 눇Our apartment was upgraded nicely with everything we needed, including plenty of bathing towels! 눉No umbrellas by pool. Bed too soft, bedroom to crowded. Bathroom is a poor design. No Kleenex, no coffee. 눉I would update the pool area and splashpad area....more landscaping out back around that. Um, we did not SLEEP on the sofa bed, but we pulled it out to hang out on to watch TV. The location was perfect. 눇Our view of the beach & ocean from our room was amazing and worth our money! 눉There was not a whole lot of seating in the condo living area to relax. 눇Loved the amenities for our small children and the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants!Great accommodations near everything you would want or need! 눇The view, washer &dryer in the room. 111 navy chair mexicoAll the accommodations, the location. Two bathrooms with kids was great. 눉The bed in unit #804 was terrible. Read comments before we rented it about it being terrible or too soft - but there is a difference between soft and worn out. I slept on the bunk bed after the first night and it had a great mattress, my husband slept on the couch. Other than that the condo is very nice. A new mattress would make it perfect! 눇Our unit #804 was very nice- lots of updates with granite counter tops, beautiful tile floors, and very clean.

The only problem was the mattress in the bedroom. 눉There wasn't a dresser in our bedroom so we couldn't unpack our clothes. We had to leave our clothes in our suitcases on the floor. ( The dresser was broken and turned back toward the wall to prohibit its use). 눇We liked that our rooms had a bath and a half. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The furniture was clean and in good shape for the most part. We enjoyed the chair and umbrella rentals and the free recent released DVDs. We also liked that an attendant from the bar/grill came out to the beach area to take drink orders and serve them to our chairs.Every thing was great. 눇Location and beach front view 눉We had a hard time trying to work the TV when we got there. Could have used good instructions. Fortunately, a young man just happened to be in the hallway and showed us what to do. 눇The room was nice, view from balcony was excellent, beach was great and when we arrived checking in was a breeze (in spite of a little construction that we barely noticed).
