The cottage is a separate building with a private fenced yard, and it is equipped with one king sized bed in a separate bedroom, and two sleeper sofas in the living room, along with a full kitchen, and full bath, air conditioner and heat, and 32 inch flat screen tvs in each room! The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, four burner stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, and basic dishes and cookware, service for six.  The bathroom has a large shower. This room is available on the ground floor with a covered sitting area out front and a fenced yard, with privacy fencing along the street side. The two bedroom unit is equipped with one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen sized bed and a twin size day bed together in a separate bedroom, and a large sectional sleeper sofa, along with a full kitchen, and full bath.

Discounts available for AAA/AARP and Military (except winter and holidays) – Please call for discounted rates! Deposit is charged for all reservations, and is equal to one night’s stay per week of stay. Winter Season (January thru Easter) and Holidays - 30 day cancellation policy. If reservation is cancelled 30 days or more in advance, full refund of deposit minus $15 service fee. Summer and Fall Season (not including Holidays) – 14 day cancellation policy for one bedroom units, bungalows, cottage, and two bedroom unit. 2 day cancellation policy for studios and motel rooms. If reservation is cancelled 14 or 2 days or more in advance (as applies to room type), full refund of deposit minus $15 service fee. Holidays include Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, Labor Day weekend, and Christmas week. Special rates and minimum required stays apply during some holidays and special events. The following rules apply. No refunds for early departure.
