Destin Towers #123 - What a wonderful experience in Destin! Reviewed on Thursday, November 14, 2013 My husband & myself always come to Destin for our "summer" vacation & love the area. Destin Towers was great other than it felt like the building & property had not been up kept very well recently. But, the check in process was great & very simple with the codes that are given. There is no going to a separate place to get the room keys or waiting for the key drop off to open on the date of departure. The codes for the gate, building, & room were extremely convenient both for check in and check out! The room had everything we needed for a perfect stay, was beautiful, very clean, & had amazing views! I would definitely want to stay here again next year despite the outward look of the property. They even allowed us to check in early since the room was already cleaned that day. Overall, I am very pleased & we had a very memorable vacation this year & hope to stay there again in 2014!!

Destin Towers #123 - Awesome Vacation! Reviewed on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 We stayed in Destin Towers 123 for a week and it was wonderful! The view was spectacular, we saw dolphins in the morning and the view of the sunset was great from this unit! You also get a nice view of west Destin from the side windows. This unit is decorated very nicely with plenty of seating. It has a couch, love seat at oversized chair. Plus the dining room table is a high top that seats 6. Full washer dryer was a plus! Some people complained that the second bedroom doesn't have a tv, but it didn't bother us. The balcony is large with plenty of seating. Parking is on the 2nd floor of parking deck for the first car and the second car can easily find parking in the lot . The front gate and the doors all use the same code and then your door has a code so its nice you don't have to keep track of keys. The inside of the building is old, but this unit is updated and very nice with everything you would need for a nice stay.

Walmart it close and so is the Harborwalk Village. The pool and hot tub are small, but very nice. I would definitely stay here again. When you arrive you use the gate code for gate and door into building, there are luggage carts in the closet across from the elevator, then your on the 12th floor and use your door code for that door. There are two elevators and the time of year that we stayed (October) we never had to wait. I also recommend renting beach chairs and an umbrella from the beach service. We paid 140$ (around that maybe less) for off season and its totally worth it! You don't have to lug anything up and down! Great place to stay with the beautiful clear water and white sand!!! This condo is absolutely stunning and very well maintained. There were 6 in our party and never felt crowded.

The view from the balcony that is accessible from the living area and master bedroom is breathtaking. I would definitely be staying here again the next time we book our vacation to Destin. The complex was small so the beach wasn't overly crowded. We were unable to use the shower in the master bathroom due to plumbing problems but they notified us abt this ahead of time & offered to move us to a different room. The condo was very well stocked and clean. We will definitely be back!! Destin Towers #102 - Great view Reviewed on Thursday, June 20, 2013 We arrived in Destin on June 12 till June 17 we had a great time the view was great and the room was awesome great walk to the beach and really like the security of the opening of gates to the beach made us feel safe we will defendly stay here again althought we had a problem with the shower in one bathroom this was quickly solved.
