Lewis Multi-Purpose Center: • A $25.00 Application fee (Non-Refundable) and $100 Deposit (Refundable) must be paid to book date • The date will be held for 10 business days • A deposit is due within 10 business days to secure date • If deposit is not received by due date, the date is made available • Payment in full is due 30 days prior to event date • NO REFUND ON DEPOSIT (including Cancellation) If the event is less than 30 days away, the application fee ($25.00) and depositis due at time of application. Due date for payment in full will be determined at the time of application. Wake County Sheriffs are used at the discretion of the JDL. The J.D. Lewis Management is in charge of arranging the security. This security is mandatory and is not included in rental fee.
