The beach is in industrial area, right next to an oil refinery...so the surrounding is not pretty at all...what you see is the industrial complex with high steel towers. They would not stop trying to get one of us to go "out back" even after being informed that we were all married we got the "so what so am I" just nasty. The chairs are 8$ each and we were told the cabanas were $20 American then charged $40. Of all the spots my husband and i snorkeled this one was the best. Lots of fish calm waters and less people. A must see and swim spot. Great spot for pictures and that's about it. I would not suggest as a beach day. Hardly any chairs/umbrellas for rent, crowded, water was murky, windy, rough waves, poor snorkeling, oil refinery in view, crowd was a little sketchy.
